WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! This could be you! But only if you come play Meat Tray Bingo on Sunday September 10th in the canteen! This bingo will only be opened to the VFW members and their guests! (No worries, there will be one opened to the public at the end of this month in our banquet hall!) Doors will open at 12 pm this upcoming Sunday for Bingo! Bring some dabbers and that lucky winning streak! Who will be the first to shout BINGO?!

Maybe you are a song lyric fanatic, or perhaps you are really good with dates in history! Come show off your skills and hey, maybe even WIN! Let’s play!

HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO SING A SOLO OR A DUET AND HAVE THE CROWD JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT? THEN YOU NEED TO COME SING KARAOKE AT THE POST!

Karaoke is back on Friday September 22nd from 8-11 pm in the canteen! DJ Peggy and her team of DJs will bring the fun and you bring the voice! That’s right, we want to hear you sing! Get up there and rock that microphone! Karaoke nights never disappoint!

OUR GUN RAFFLE WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 23RD IN THE CANTEEN BEGINNING AT 6 PM-10 PM! GET YOUR TICKETS NOW, WE STILL HAVE SOME AVAILABLE! THEY ARE $10 EACH! SEE THE BARTENDER AT THE POST OR ONE OF OUR OFFICERS! DJ SCOTTY SHARPE WILL BE THERE TO DJ AND WE WILL HAVE RAFFLE BASKETS AND FOOD! WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE! 

LOOKING AHEAD INTO OCTOBER, SPOOKY SEASON WILL OFFICIALLY BE HERE AND WE HAVE THE BEST WAY TO CELEBRATE!

The Post will host its first ever TRUNK OR TREAT on Thursday October 26th from 6-8 pm, so SAVE THIS DATE! We tried our best to ensure that our event doesn’t conflict with other trunk or treats going on in the area! Our Trunk or Treat will include decorated trunks giving out treats, police and fire vehicles, games inside our banquet hall, hot dogs, drinks, and face painting! If you are interested in signing up to decorate your trunk and hand out candy or a small goodie, please contact McKayla Herman at 717-693-3357. Please give your name, theme of your trunk and if you are planning on handing out candy or a small goodie (ex: pencils, erasers, stickers, etc). There will also be a sign -up genius link that will be posted this week on Facebook that you can go ahead and sign up on! We are very excited to host this event for the children! We encourage you all to bring out the kids for this great event! The more the merrier! We also are looking for volunteers that evening to help with games inside the banquet hall, parking, handing out hot dogs and also help to guide the children along outside as they move through the cars! If you are interested in volunteering, there will be a sign-up sheet in the banquet hall for that! We thank you so much for your participation. Our hope is to make this event huge and grow it more and more each year! We love to do things for the kids!

  • The Post meeting will take place on Wednesday September 27th at 6:30 pm.
  • The Post has all of your PA Lottery needs. Come play some skill machines, watch car races, watch horse races or play the Powerball. Come try your luck!
