Don’t forget, THIS SATURDAY APRIL 1st, the Post will welcome TUESDAY RAINS! They will be performing over on the banquet hall side from 7-11 pm, with doors opening at 6:30 pm! This show is opened to the public 21 and over, so be sure to bring your friends! There will be a $5 cover charge at the door, and a cash bar will be available all evening! There is an ATM located in the lobby for your use! Come on out to check out a great show, and be sure to come ready to DANCE! The band is one of Lancaster’s most notorious classic rock bands, so you don’t want to miss out on this fun! Meat Tray bingo will be held in the canteen on Sunday April 2nd! This is opened to VFW members and their guests only! Bingo will start around 1 pm! We look forward to seeing you! Come play for your chance at some great packages!

Come play some TRIVIA on Wednesday April 5th from 6:30-8:30 pm in the canteen! Our host, Bill Wright, will be asking the questions, and you will be answering them…correctly hopefully! Come play as a solo or get a group to join you on the fun! There will be Easter themed questions as well, so be sure to brush up on all things Easter related! Either way, TRIVIA nights are the best nights! 

DON’T FORGET! WE ARE STILL IN NEED OF EASTER BASKETS AND EASTER CANDY! IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DONATE ANYTHING FOR OUR EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA FOR THE KIDS, WE APPRECIATE IT! ALL BASKETS AND CANDY SHOULD BE TURNED IN BY THURSDAY APRIL 6TH! THANK YOU!

OUR EASTER CELEBRATION WITH YOU ALL IS QUICKLY APPROACHING! AND WE ARE JUST SUPER EGG-CITED!

The Easter Bunny hopped and hopped and hopped…all the way to the Post! That’s right! We will be hosting a EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA on Friday April 7th (the Friday before Easter) in the canteen from 6-8 pm! We invite all of our Post members and their guests/families to come out and join us for an evening of egg-celent fun! There will be Easter games and Easter crafts for the kids to make and partake in! There will be Family Karaoke hosted by DJ Scotty Sharpe from 6- 9 pm! So the kids are encouraged to get up and sing! And then for the best surprise of all…the EASTER BUNNY will be hopping by at 7 pm to visit with the kids and take pictures! The Easter Bunny will also invite the kids to partake in a dance off with him! We are excited to get everyone up and moving! During the course of the evening, there will also be Easter dinner laid out for everyone to enjoy! If you are interested or willing to bring in a dish for the celebration, please sign up on the sign-up sheet in the canteen! We would love your participation! The children will also receive Easter baskets before they leave, courtesy of the Post and those who donated the baskets and candy! Please ensure you sign up your children on the Easter sign-up sheet located in the canteen as well! We want to make sure we have enough baskets for all of the children! Make sure you do so by Thursday April 6th! There’s also an event reminder on Facebook, please click GOING so we have a rough idea of how many people to expect! Thank you! 

ONE OF OUR OFFICERS IS WORKING ON A SPECIAL PROJECT AND NEEDS YOUR HELP! IF YOU HAVE ANY MILITARY PATCHES, RANK PATCES OR SPECIALTY PATCHES THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO DONATE, THERE WILL BE A BLUE BIN YOU CAN DROP THE PATCHES OFF IN!
